About

RajPractice is a land and body based space to make supported and intentional change.

Hi, I’m Raj.

(she/her or they/them)

I’m a healing justice practitioner, Transition Facilitator, Coach, and Yoga & Meditation Instructor.

With over a decade in the movement ecosystem, I support individuals and organizations through expansive and transformative transitions. Combining organizational and adult leadership development expertise and healing arts practices, together we can create nourishing spaces for expansive conversations and deep connection.

My speciality is in culture change, facilitating difficult conversations, and holding retreat spaces integrating practicality and magic into my work.

VALUES

Below are the values practiced within all aspects of our partnership.

Body. The needs and wisdom of the body are invited. We engage in somatic exercises that ground us in the body.

Presence. We begin at the present moment and cultivate personal awareness as an integral part of partnership.

Connection. We connect with place as well as the the multiple dimensions of ourselves. With choice, we move towards connection with others.

Care. We show care for ourselves, each other, and the space around us. We take care physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
